Who do you use to post your parcels ?

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail - 2nd Class for most items OR 1st Class for the Junk Mail Joy Club where this is included in the price for the UK only.

Shipping price is dependent on weight and how the letter is classed as letter or large letter and ranges from 90p to £2.70 for heavy weighted paper products/orders. (This is because they are bulkier) 

PLEASE NOTE - Royal Mail now only deliver 2nd Class items every other day and they do not deliver on Saturdays so bear this in mind please.

Do you ship internationally ?

Shipping is now currently available to the following international Countries:

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail as International Standard (no tracking available) and the delivery aim stated on their website is Europe 3 - 5 business days and Rest of World 6 - 7 business days, but this can vary in busy periods, so delays can sometimes be possible and can take 14 - 35 days in worse case scenarios.

***Please note if your ordering from outside the UK, you will be responsible for any customs or exports fees once your order/parcel has arrived/landed in your Country.***

Processing times/when can I expect my order ? 

Most items are made to order, whilst there is a small amount of popular stocked items - please bear this in mind. 

Turnaround times are 1 - 3 days to make and dispatch the order, but in busy periods this may be longer up to 5 - 7 days. (As I am a one women band as they say 😂) I will do my best to make and dispatch your order as soon as possible, but please factor this into shipping/delivery times as well.

Please note - Processing times are separate to shipping time scales so please allow for this for the total extra time it could take to process (make) your order up and shipping time on top of this if you need something by a certain date. 

Do you accept returns ?

As its a small creative business you are buying from (which means the world for your support by the way), we unfortunately do not except returns. However, if your parcel goes missing through no fault of your own, a replacement will of course be sent out within reason.
